Menny Shalom is the CEO of Nukkleus Inc. and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience in fintech, defense tech, and enterprise software. He previously served as CEO of Motomova and Hold Me Ltd., and was the founder of Wayerz and Mipso. Menny holds advanced degrees in Law, Accounting, and Business from the Hebrew University and Columbia University.

Yair Ohayon leads marketing and investor relations at Nukkleus Inc., overseeing the company’s global communications strategy and capital markets positioning.

With extensive experience in fundraising, venture partnerships, and technology-driven growth, Yair has worked with numerous startups and tech companies across stages.

He brings a strong track record in leading large marketing teams, managing investor communications, and driving brand visibility through both digital and institutional channels.

A dedicated Financial Controller with experience in global financial reporting, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior executives. Recently contributed to the growth and financial operations of Lili Financial Services, overseeing financial modeling, variance analysis, and comprehensive reporting to support informed decision-making.

Brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, gained from roles as an Assurance Senior at EY and FP&A Manager in the IDF. Skilled in US GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli GAAP, with a focus on delivering accurate insights and financial forecasts while fostering operational efficiency. Known for a methodical approach to challenges, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

An attorney and since 2023 has practiced as a self employed attorney in Israel specializing in torts, corporate law, administrative law and civil litigation. From 2017 through 2023, Ms. Volodarsky was employed by the Law Firm of Attorney Yigal Matzlavi. Ms. Volodarsky studied at the Ono Academic College.

Reuven brings over 20 years of experience in investments and financial markets, with expertise in risk management, market analysis, and investment strategies.
He has advised institutional investors, startups, and financial companies in Israel and globally, supporting the fund in strategy development, market assessment, and risk evaluation.

Mark Beesley – Strategic Advisor, Nukkleus Inc.

Brigadier General (Ret.) Mark Beesley brings over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force to his role as Strategic Advisor at Nukkleus Inc. His military career includes key leadership positions such as Deputy Director for Operations at the National Military Command Center in the Pentagon and Vice Commander of the Seventh Air Force in Korea. As a command pilot with more than 2,950 flight hours, he specialized in space and missile defense operations.

Following his transition to the private sector, General Beesley has served as President and CEO of FINRA-approved broker-dealers and as Chief Restructuring Officer for aviation and defense companies. His expertise includes guiding organizations through complex restructuring processes and driving sustainable growth.

At Nukkleus, General Beesley provides strategic guidance on defense sector acquisitions, helping to identify and structure high-impact partnerships. His combined experience in military operations and corporate leadership supports the company’s expansion into global defense markets and reinforces its position as a key player in innovative security solutions.
