The Role
We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join our dynamic investment team. The analyst will play a key role in evaluating and executing transactions in aerospace and defense, conducting in-depth research, and providing strategic insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
- Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
- Support due diligence across financial, operational, and legal workstreams.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
- Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and defense industry developments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with the aerospace and defense sector is a plus.
