Co Chairman and CEO, Board Member
Emil Assentato, was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Tradition North America, one of the leading inter-dealer brokers in the world, and a subsidiary of Compagnie Financiere Tradition, a leading global brand in inter-dealer broking listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. He continues today as Chairman of Tradition North America. His career spans over 30 years of Wall Street leadership in Institutional Sales, Marketing and Senior Management. Mr. Assentato and his team were the founding shareholders of FXDD in 2002, and pioneered the brand in the early days of the retail forex industry. Having lead a management buyout of the brand from Tradition, and whilst keeping Tradition as a minority equity partner, Mr. Assentato in recent years, re-focused the brand strategy on Asian markets.
Markos A. Kashiouris
Co Chairman and Operating Group CEO, Board Member
Markos A. Kashiouris founded IronFX Global in 2010 and enjoyed phenomenal growth from a start up in the space of five years. Prior to IronFX, Mr. Kashiouris led the successful listing of another public company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. He previously worked at JP Morgan and Commerzbank Securities in London in derivatives / interest rate markets and in equity research (top-rated in the 2001 and 2002 Extel surveys). Mr. Kashiouris trained in the U.K. as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (MCSI). Mr. Kashiouris holds a BA (Hons) in Econometrics from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Strategic Marketing Management from UMIST.

Craig Marshak has a track record of over 30 years of Investment Banking experience at bulge bracket firms including Morgan Stanley Merchant Banking, Schroders, and Nomura Securities, where he was responsible for managing a $300 million principal investment and merchant banking fund focusing on growth and technology companies. Mr. Marshak is credited as having identified and organized first or second round institutional investments for such companies as Shopping.com, sold to EBAY for $600 million, and CyberArk, now trading at over a $1 billion market value on NASDAQ. Working jointly with Jack Lahav at Israel Venture Partners, he originated numerous transactions as a principal in the financial technology and retail forex sectors. Mr. Marshak holds a JD from Harvard Law School, as well as degrees from Duke University and the London School of Economics.
Senior Advisor and Board Member
Jack Lahav is an investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist and has specialized for many years in searching and successfully identifying early stage companies with breakthrough technologies and vast market potential. Mr. Lahav has acted in operational capacities at a number of technology and investment companies, providing executive leadership, management vision and discipline, and early stage seed round funding. His highly successful investment and entrepreneurship career spans more than 30 years, during which time he played a key role in helping to launch and bring to market some of the most sophisticated technologies and products being used all over the world. Mr. Lahav’s career began in 1980, when he launched Remarkable Products, a mail order company that enjoyed fast market penetration and reached more than 1 million customers in less than 10 years. In 1989, he co-founded Lamar Signal Processing, and at the same time, he was among the early investors in VocalTech communications, the company that pioneered Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), perhaps the most important communication revolution in history. Mr. Lahav served as director of VocalTech until the company enjoyed a successful IPO and was listed on NASDAQ at a $200 million valuation. Eventually, VocalTech reached market cap greater than $500 million. In 1998, Lamar Signal Processing, a company with an initial investment of less than $3 million, was acquired by Andrea Electronics in a transaction valued at nearly $50 million. In 1993, he acquired Advance Technologies Inc. (ATI), a robotic mfg. and served as its president until ATI was acquired in 1996. In 2001, Mr. Lahav identified a struggling, young Israeli start-up, Quigo Technologies. Recognizing the potential of the technology, he led a group of investors and was appointed as the new Chairman. By restructuring Quigo, he helped the company’s relocation efforts to NY, eventually leading Quigo to become a major powerhouse until Quigo was acquired by America On Line (AOL) for $363 million, making it the biggest acquisition of any Israeli company in 2007. During the past 15 years, Mr. Lahav played key role in the acquisition of several Israeli companies, helping to complete five transactions valued at more than $1 billion. Between the years 2005 to 2009, Mr. Lahav was the founding shareholder in two of the world’s most notable and successful online retail forex companies, companies which today employ hundreds of employees and are considered industry pioneers.
Peter Economides has served as a non-Executive Director of the IronFX Global Group since he co-founded IronFX in January 2010. He is currently the Honorary Chairman of the Totalserve Group (Totalserve Management Limited founded in 1985 and P.G. Economides & Co. Ltd founded in 1972), which provides various financial services, such as international tax planning, corporate trusts and fiduciary services. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of major international private companies. Mr. Economides is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (MCSI), Member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), a Member of the World Council and the International Committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), as well as the Honorary Founder and past Chairman of STEP Cyprus, in addition to being a member in various other international professional consulting organizations. Mr. Economides is also the Consul of Cape Verde in Cyprus.
Operating Group COO
Dimitris Hatzis, who acts as the Operating Group Chief Operating Officer, has over 20 years of international experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance and Debt Restructuring. He worked in Equity Capital Markets for both Schroders and Salomon Brothers / Citibank in London and New York, as well as various senior Investment Banking roles culminating to Head of Leveraged Finance at EFG Eurobank in Greece. Mr. Hatzis holds an MPhil from Cambridge University.
Operating Group CFO and Board Member
Stathis Christophi, who acts as the Operating Group Chief Financial Officer, trained as a U.K. Chartered Accountant (FCA) and obtained an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Christophi has previously worked in Investment Banking at HSBC in London, served as CFO of Dafolia Management Fund (Holland), a Fraud Consultant at EFG Eurobank (Greece) and Senior Auditor at Andersen Worldwide.
Operating Group CIO
Shawn Dilkes acts as the Chief Information Officer for Nukkleus. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in designing, implementing and managing world-class, enterprise-level technology systems for organizations in the financial technology and ecommerce industries. At FXDD Shawn is responsible for directing overall technology vision and long-term globalization strategies. In this role, he supports FXDD by driving execution, technology innovation, and market leadership by introducing technologies and growth programs that support local and worldwide client operations. Shawn was instrumental in the development of proprietary trading algorithms and risk management software as well as developing one of the industry’s first fully-integrated MetaTrader Bridge. Additionally, he pioneered the original concepts behind Retail FX Straight-Through-Processing (STP), which represented a major shift in risk management strategies. Prior to FXDD, Shawn was a founder and President of Dynamic Systems Group Inc., a leading Wall Street software development and consultancy firm.

Demetris Kyriacou, who acts as the Operating Group Chief Compliance Officer, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder) and a holder of NASD Series 7 and Series 63, as well as, various professional certifications by CySEC. Mr. Kyriacou has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and previously worked as Director of Financial Services and Chief Compliance Officer at FxPro, General Manager at Atlas Capital and Head of Portfolio Management and Chief Financial Services Manager at ICFI.
